STIPULATION RE: EXTENSION OF TIME FOR CHAPTER 11 DEBTOR TO RESPOND TO AND TO FILE OBJECTION TO UNITED STATES TRUSTEE'S AMENDED MOTION TO CONVERT TO LIQUIDATION UNDER CHAPTER 7 OR, ALTERNATIVELY, DISMISS CASE

PAUL MANNES, Bankruptcy Judge

Gladiola Delores Wood-Tolson, the Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession, by her undersigned counsel, and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through his undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time upon which the Debtor can file her response or objection to the United States Trustee's Amended Motion To Convert To Liquidation Under Chapter 7 Or, Alternatively, Dismiss Case (Dkt. No. 84) (the "U.S. Trustee's Amended Motion To Convert"). Currently, the Debtor's response is due on or before April 7, 2011.

The Debtor and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the Debtor may have up to and including Tuesday, April 12, 2011, to file a response or objection or other responsive pleading to the U.S. Trustee's Amended Motion To Convert.

WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve this agreement and enter it as a Consent Order.
