STIPULATION CONTINUING HEARING ON DEBTORS' MOTION TO COMPEL TURNOVER AND DCFS MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY
NANCY V. ALQUIST, Bankruptcy Judge.
F.T. Silfies, Inc. and Price Trucking, Inc., the debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned proceeding (the "Debtors") together with Chrysler Financial Services, LLC ("CFS") and DCFS USA LLC, as assignee/successor in interest to DaimlerChrysler Financial Services Americas LLC ("DCFS" and together with the Debtors and CFS, the "Parties"), hereby stipulate and agree to continue the hearing on the Debtors' Motion to Compel Turnover and the Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay filed by DCFS (the "Hearing"). The Hearing is currently scheduled for December 2, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. The Parties are in the process of negotiating a resolution of all of the issues between them and require additional time to continue negotiations. Accordingly, the Parties agree to continue the Hearing scheduled for December 2, 2010 to a date to be determined at a later time.
