ORDER GRANTING, AS MODIFIED, JOINT STIPULATION TO POSTPONE CASE MANAGEMENT DEADLINES PENDING RESOLUTION OF JURISDICTIONAL ISSUE IN THE CASES RELATED UNDER DUNSON

On consideration of the parties' Joint Stipulation to Postpone Case Management Deadlines Pending Resolution of Jurisdictional Issue in the Cases Related Under Dunson, and for good cause shown, the Court postpones all case management deadlines in this action for sixty days, absent further order by the Court. A further Case Management Conference is set for June 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. The parties shall notify this court when the Ninth Circuit has made a decision regarding the CAFA jurisdiction issue on appeal in the mass action.
