STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT TO AVOID PREFERENTIAL TRANSFERS, TO RECOVER PROPERTY AND FOR RELATED RELIEF

ALAN C. LAZEROW, Bankruptcy Judge.

WHEREAS Joseph Haynos (the "Defendant") has been validly served with the Complaint to Avoid Preferential Transfers, to Recover Property and for Related Relief, filed by Edward T. Gavin, the duly appointed Trustee of the FPI Liquidating Trust (the "Trustee") against the Defendant on December 26, 2012 (the "Complaint"), by undersigned counsel, by and on behalf of the FPI Liquidating Trust; and

WHEREAS, the Defendant requested an extension of time to file an answer, motion or otherwise respond to the Complaint; and

WHEREAS, the Trustee has no objection to such extensions and postponements as set forth in this Stipulation; and it appearing to the Court that there is good cause to do so,

It is hereby ORDERED that the deadline for the Defendant to respond to the Complaint is hereby extended to February 15, 2013.
