BEFORE THE COURT is the parties' Stipulated Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice, ECF No. 18. Having reviewed the Stipulated Motion and the record, the Court finds good cause to grant dismissal. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
