IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and among the undersigned counsel for the parties hereto, that the time within which the U.S. Trustee may file objections to the Debtor's Motion For Order Approving Temporary Management And Services Agreement Between Debtor And All Clear Business Solutions, LLC be, and hereby is, extended to and including November 11, 2011.
This extension will permit the U.S. Trustee to examine the Debtor's representatives regarding this agreement at the Initial Section 341 Scheduled for November 2, 2011.
