ORDER GRANTING EMERGENCY STIPULATION BY PARTIES TO EXTEND AND MODIFY EXPERT DESIGNATION AND EXPORT REPORT DEADLINES IN SCHEDULING ORDER

Upon consideration of the timely request by stipulation to extend and modify the parties' respective expert report and designation dates and deadlines in this case, and good cause appearing, it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, ORDERED that the expert report and designation deadlines by extended sixty (60) days for each party so that Chamudes' Expert Reports and Designations deadline that was April 1, 2011 is extended to June 1, 2011 and Debtor's Expert Reports and Designations deadline that was May 1, 2011 is now extended to July 1, 2011 and Chamudes' Rebuttal Expert Reports and Designations deadline that was June 1, 2011 is now extended to August 1, 2011.
