IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant United Specialty Insurance Company's ("USIC") Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 73] is GRANTED. Plaintiff's claims against USIC are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
