JOINT STIPULATED ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT FOR VIOLATION OF THE AUTOMATIC STAY AND TO COMPEL TURNOVER OF DEBTOR PROPERTY WITH PREJUDICE

Plaintiffs, John and Cathy Baker, by their attorney, Antonio Aquia and Belsky, Weinberg and Horowitz, LLC, and Defendant, Bank of America, NA, through their attorney, Michael Blumenfeld, and Miles & Stockbridge, P.C., hereby file this Joint Stipulated Order Dismissing Complaint For Violation of the Automatic Stay and to Compel Turnover of Plaintiffs' Property and respectfully represent as follows:

The parties have addressed all of the remaining issues that were the subject of Plaintiffs' Complaint and have been able to amicably resolve those issues without the need for judicial determination. As a result, both Plaintiffs and Defendant desire that the instant Complaint be dismissed with prejudice.
