Summary: ORDER PER CURIAM. Robert Roush appeals the trial court's judgment convicting him of domestic assault in violation of the City of Richmond Heights' ordinance. The trial court did not err in denying Roush's motion for judgment of acquittal at the close of all evidence. We affirm. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 30.25(b).
