ORDER DISMISSING CASE AS TO DEBTOR RICHARD S. RAFFONE, JR. ONLY, DUE TO HIS DEATH

On September 18, 2015, the Court entered an order entitled "Order Requiring Debtor Sandra Nedrow, and/or the Personal Representative of the Estate of Richard S. Raffone, Jr., If Any, to Show Cause in Writing Why the Case of Debtor Richard S. Raffone, Jr. Should Not Be Dismissed, Due to His Death" (Docket # 64, the "Show-Cause Order"), which stated, in relevant part:
IT IS ORDERED that no later than October 2, 2015, either the joint debtor Sandra Nedrow, or the Personal Representative of the Estate of Richard S. Raffone, Jr., if any, or both, must file a written response to this Order, showing cause why the Court should not dismiss the case of Richard S. Raffone, Jr. under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 1016, on the ground that he is deceased.

No one has filed a response to the Show-Cause Order.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that this bankruptcy case is dismissed, under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 1016, as to the Debtor Richard S. Raffone, Jr. only, due to his death.
