Dear Judge Johnston:
In accordance with your court order dated August 2, 2018, Ms. Lamere was committed to the Federal Detention Center, SeaTac, Washington (FDC SeaTac), for a period of study to determine her mental competency.
Although the court order was dated August 2, 2018, the defendant did not arrive at FDC SeaTac until October 3, 2018. We are thus requesting the 30-day evaluation begin on that date. If you concur, the study period will end on November 2, 2018, with the final report submitted to you no later than November 19, 2018. If the Court has questions or comments regarding the evaluation, please contact Ryan Nybo, Psy.D., Forensic Unit Psychologist, at (206) 870-5722.
If we can be of further assistance to the Court, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
I. Jacquez
