STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME FOR RESPONSE TO DEFENDANTS' OBJECTION TO U.S. MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S APRIL 19, 2018 ORDER [ECF NO. 271] GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO QUASH OR MODIFY SUBPOENAS AND FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER [ECF NOS. 227 AND 228]

Plaintiffs/Counterdefendants ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, ALLSTATE PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, ALLSTATE INDEMNITY COMPANY, and ALLSTATE FIRE & CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, by and through their attorneys of record of the law firms McCORMICK, BARSTOW, SHEPPARD, WAYTE & CARRUTH LLP, and FAIN ANDERSON VANDERHOEF ROSENDAHL O'HALLORAN SPILLANE PLLC, and Defendants and Counterclaimant RUSSELL J. SHAH, M.D., DIPTI R. SHAH, M.D., RUSSELL J. SHAH, MD, LTD., DIPTI R. SHAH, MD, LTD., and RADAR MEDICAL GROUP, LLP dba UNIVERSITY URGENT CARE, by and through their attorneys of record of the law firm BAILEY KENNEDY, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

1. On May 3, 2018, Defendants filed an Objection to U.S. Magistrate Judge's April 19, 2018 Order [ECF No. 271] Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendants' Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoenas and for Protective Order [ECF Nos. 227 and 228]; 2. Plaintiffs presently have until May 17, 2018, to respond to Defendants' Objection to Magistrate Judge's April 19, 2018 Order; 3. Due to counsel for Plaintiffs, Dylan Todd, being in trial in the Eighth Judicial District Court in the matter of Galvan v. JMR & CLS, INC., case number A-15-724639-C, Department XXXI with the Honorable Joanna S. Kishner, Plaintiffs shall now have until May 24, 2018 to file the Response to Defendants' Objection to Magistrate Judge's April 19, 2018 Order; and 4. This is the first Stipulation to extend the deadline for the Response to the Objection. This Stipulation is made in good faith and not to delay the proceedings.

IT IS SO STIPULATED.
