On July 8, 2016, Defendant appeared before Chief United States Magistrate Judge Sarah W. Hays pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11, Local Rule 72.1(j)(27), and 28 U.S.C. § 636 and entered a plea of guilty pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(c)(1)(B) to the charge of conspiracy to distribute fifty (50) grams or more of methamphetamine, a lesser included offense of Count One of the Indictment. The Defendant also admitted the allegations of forfeiture, which include a money judgment to be entered against the Defendant, as contained in the Indictment. On July 15, 2016, Judge Hays issued her Report and Recommendation (doc. 220). Objections were due on or before August 1, 2016. No objections were filed.

Accordingly, this Court hereby adopts and incorporates as its own Opinion and Order the Report and Recommendation of Chief United States Magistrate Judge Sarah W. Hays.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that defendant's plea of guilty is accepted and defendant is adjudged guilty. The defendant's sentencing hearing will be scheduled and the parties notified of the date and time of sentencing.
