STIPULATION TO CONTINUE SENTENCING HEARING

(First Request)

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Dayle Elieson, United States Attorney, and Robert Knief, Assistant United States Attorney, counsel for the United States of America, and Rene L. Valladares, Federal Public Defender, and Heidi A. Ojeda, Assistant Federal Public Defender, counsel for Julio Cesar Carranza Ibarra, that the Sentencing Hearing currently scheduled on August 10, 2018 at the hour of continued to a date and time convenient to the Court, but no sooner than ten (10 addition, counsel for the defense will be out of the jurisdiction from August 16-20, 2018.

This Stipulation is entered into for the following reasons

1. Counsel for the defense is waiting on letters of support and documentation from the client's family in Mexico.

2. The defendant is in custody and agrees with the need for the continuance.

3. The parties agree to the continuance.

This is the first request for a continuance of the sentencing hearing.

ORDER

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the sentencing hearing currently scheduled for Friday, August 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. be vacated and continued to August 21, 2018 at the hour of 4:00 p.m.
