IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties' counsel of record that Defendants, AMERICAN BAPTIST HOMES OF THE WEST ("ABHOW") and LAS VENTANAS RETIREMENT COMMUNITY ("LVRC") (Collectively "Defendants") will have an extension of time up to and including February 28, 2018 to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint on file herein. This is the first request for an extension of time to respond to the Complaint. This case was removed on February 7, 2018 (ECF No. 1) and Defense counsel needs additional time to review and evaluate the case.
