The above named parties, by and through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate to continue the Settlement Conference (currently scheduled to take place on September 23, 2016) to a later date of October 25, 2016.
This request is made as a result of the Plaintiff's counsel's having trial in another matter on the same date in the Clark County District Court.
IT IS ORDERED that the parties' stipulation (ECF No. 48) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the settlement conference currently set for September 23, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. is VACATED and is RESET for October 25, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. The parties are directed to report to Magistrate Judge Hoffman's chambers for the settlement conference.
