Third-Party Defendants, EAGLE PLASTERING, INC. fka SUNDANCE PLASTERING ("SUNDANCE") and EXECUTIVE PLASTERING, INC.'S ("EXECUTIVE") Motion for Determination of Good Faith Settlement was filed on September 18, 2017.
