STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL AS TO DEFENDANT LAS VEGAS METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH PREJUDICE
JAMES C. MAHAN, District Judge.
Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff, Lindy Ford ("Ford"), by and through her counsel of record, E. Brent Bryson, Esq., of the law firm E. Brent Bryson, Ltd., and Defendant Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department ("LVMPD"), by and through its attorneys, the law firm of Marquis Aurbach Coffing, hereby stipulate to the voluntarily dismissal of all claims asserted against LVMPD. LVMPD was listed as a Defendant in Ford's July 20, 2018, Complaint. Accordingly, Ford's claims against LVMPD are hereby dismissed. Each Party shall bear their own attorney's fees and costs incurred in this action.
