ORDER
C. DARNELL JONES, II, District Judge.
AND NOW, this 29th day of April, 2016, upon consideration of Plaintiff's unopposed request for extensions, it is hereby ORDERED that the Court's case management order dated January 12, 2016, (Dkt No. 16), is hereby AMENDED as follows:
1. Fact discovery shall be completed by July 11, 2016.
2. This matter remains referred to the Honorable Lynne A. Sitarski, United States Magistrate Judge, for a settlement conference scheduled for May 26, 2016. (Dkt No. 17.) The parties shall file a status update with the Court within seven (7) days of the date of the settlement conference.
3. Should this matter fail to settle, the following deadlines shall apply:
a. The parties shall simultaneously serve any expert reports by August 13, 2016. The parties shall serve any rebuttal expert reports by September 13, 2016. Any depositions of experts shall be completed by October 12, 2016.
b. Dispositive motions, if any, shall be filed by November 14, 2016.
c. The Court shall issue an updated scheduling order for trial following disposition of any dispositive motions.
