An amended judgment was entered on March 11, 2016, (Doc No. 39) in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, in favor of the United States of America and against Defendant, James Alexander Shepherd, whose last known address is 1807 North Lakeshore Drive, Harbor Springs, Michigan, 49740, in the sum of $8,409,279.43.
