THIS MATTER is before the Court upon granting Petitioner's Motion to Vacate his sentence. (Case No. 3:15-cv-576, Doc. No. 5: Order).
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the United States Marshal have Alfred Isaiah Grastley (Reg. No. 21342-058) present in Charlotte, North Carolina forthwith, but not later than March 29, 2016, at 10 a.m. for a sentencing hearing.
