THIS MATTER is before the Court upon review of the record. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a status conference will be held by telephone on Monday, December 18, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. The parties should be prepared to discuss whether they would like to appear for a settlement conference or proceed with a special master.
Parties shall call Judge Garza's "Meet Me" line at 505.348.2693 to be connected to the proceedings.
