SEALED ORDER

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion to Amend Plea Agreement. (#25). As the parties explained to the Court at defendant's sentencing hearing held on June 18, 2019, the parties would like to amend the plea agreement in this matter to omit certain language that has no material relevance to the defendant's plea or sentence. Having considered the joint motion and reviewed the pleadings, the court enters the following Sealed Order.

ORDER

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Motion to Amend Plea Agreement (#29) is GRANTED, and the parties shall file with this Court the Plea Agreement, as amended by the parties. The Clerk of this Court shall then substitute the Plea Agreement as amended for the Plea Agreement as filed in Docket No. 14. The Clerk shall then file on the docket report the Plea Agreement as it was originally filed, and the Court shall file that document as "Sealed by Court." Furthermore, the Clerk shall also file this Order as sealed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
