JOINT STIPULATION TO VACATE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE AND ORDER
HAYWOOD S. GILLIAM, Jr., District Judge.
Pursuant to Civil L.R. 6-2, Plaintiff Big Baboon Inc. ("Big Baboon") and Defendants SAP America, Inc. ("SAP") and HP Inc. ("HP") hereby submit this Joint Stipulation to Vacate the Case Management Conference currently set to take place on August 1, 2017. The parties request that the Court vacate the Case Management Conference and reschedule it for a date and time of the Court's choosing.
In accordance with Civil L.R. 6-2, this stipulation is accompanied by the Declaration of Klaus H. Hamm, which (1) sets forth with particularity, the reasons for the requested enlargement or shortening of time; (2) discloses all previous time modifications in the case, whether by stipulation or Court order; and (3) describes the effect the requested time modification would have on the schedule for the case.
