AND NOW, this 19th day of June, 2012, upon consideration of the "Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Fourth Amended Complaint Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(7)" filed by Defendant, Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate") (Doc.
