On April 7, 2016, the above named was released from prison and commenced a term of supervised release for a period of 60 months. At the Revocation Hearing on October 27, 2017, the court ordered that he be continued on supervision, but authorized the U.S. Probatipn Officer to submit a Motion for Early Termination after January 2, 2018, if the offender remained drug free and was otherwise in compliance. Since October 27, 2017, the offender has complied with the rules and regulations of supervised release, and demonstrated that he has remained fre(f of marijuana and other illegal drugs. It is accordingly recommended that the offender be discharged from supervision.'
