On September 5, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus, which Relator amended on September 6, 2017. Relator filed a motion seeking emergency relief on September 6, 2017, which he amended that same day. The court has considered the amended petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion Relator is not entitled to the relief sought.
