ORDER GRANTING SECOND STIPULATION AND JOINT MOTION FOR MODIFICATION OF SCHEDULING ORDER
R. KIMBALL MOSIER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the Second Stipulation and Joint Motion for Modification of Scheduling Order (the "Joint Motion"), submitted by Plaintiff Gil A. Miller, Chapter 11 Trustee and Defendant REM Capital. Pursuant to the Joint Motion, the parties request a modification of the Order Governing Scheduling and Preliminary Matters entered on October 14, 2011 [Adv. Docket No. 20], as amended by the Order Granting Stipulation and Joint Motion for Modification of Scheduling Order, entered on July 17, 2012 [Adv. Docket No. 26] (the "Amended Scheduling Order").
Based upon the Joint Motion, applicable law, and for good cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The Joint Motion is GRANTED;
2. The dates listed in the Amended Scheduling Order are further amended as follows:
a. The deadline for filing dispositive or potentially dispositive motions is April 19, 2013;
b. Counsel for the parties shall hold an attorneys' conference on May 28, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of Plaintiffs' counsel;
c. The parties shall file a proposed pretrial order on or before June 11, 2013.
d. The final pre-trial conference shall be held on June 25, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., before the Honorable R. Kimball Mosier, United States Bankruptcy Judge, in Room 369, Frank E. Moss United States Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah; and
3. Except for the dates specifically amended as set forth above, the Amended Scheduling Order and all the terms thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
