On November 23, 2016, we clarified our judgment in a Supplemental Opinion on Motion for Rehearing. On August March 14, 2017, the parties filed an agreed joint motion to expedite mandate pursuant to Rule 18.1(c) requesting that the mandate be issued immediately. See TEX. R. APP. P. 18.1(c). The motion is GRANTED.

The motion is GRANTED. The clerk of the court is instructed to issue the mandate immediately. See id.
