ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

On March 26, 2019, Magistrate Judge Mary K. Dimke issued a Report and Recommendation to Deny Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment and to Grant Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. ECF No. 16. No timely objections to the Report and Recommendation were filed.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The Court adopts Magistrate Judge Dimke's Report and Recommendation, ECF No. 16, in its entirety.
2. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, ECF No. 13, is DENIED.
3. Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, ECF No. 14, is GRANTED.
