This Court having reviewed the Agreed Motion Regarding Plaintiff/Relator's Claim for Attorneys' Fees, Costs, and Expenses, and good cause appearing for the relief requested, the proposed schedule regarding the motion of plaintiff/relator Dr. Marshall S.
