We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of appeal- ability and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Mays, Nos. CR-97-105; CA-00-405-0-19 (D.S.C. June 2, 2000).
