Noel Shane HARREN, Petitioner-Appellant,
v.
Lacy H. THORNBURG, Respondent-Appellee.
No. 87-7206.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Sept. 30, 1987.
Decided Dec. 18, 1987.
Noel Shane Harren, appellant pro se.
Barry Steven McNeill, Assistant Attorney General, for appellee.
W.D.N.C.
AFFIRMED.
Before JAMES DICKSON PHILLIPS, CHAPMAN, and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal from its order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2254 is without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below on the reasoning of the district court. Harren v. Thornburg, C/A No. 85-0617-P (W.D.N.C. May 27, 1987).
AFFIRMED.
