UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Douglas FARMER, a/k/a Dee, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 92-6929.

United States Court of Appeals,
Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: February 1, 1993
Decided: February 22, 1993

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Joseph H. Young, Senior District Judge. (CR-86-158-Y, CA-92-695-Y)

Douglas Farmer, Appellant Pro Se. Jamie M. Bennett, Assistant United States Attorney, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellee.

D.Md.

AFFIRMED.

Before HALL and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Douglas Farmer appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Farmer, Nos. CR-86-158-Y, CA-92-695-Y (D. Md. Aug. 4, 1992). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
