v.
CITY OF ALEXANDRIA; Patricia S. Tricer, Mayor; Charles E.

Cynthia Scott; William Bunney; Richard Griffin; Derek
Gaunt; Officer Whelan, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 94-7411.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted June 22, 1995.
Decided July 10, 1995.

George Donald Hollins, Appellant Pro Se. George McAndrews, OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY, Alexandria, VA, for Appellees.

E.D.Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before HALL, MURNAGHAN, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Hollins v. City of Alexandria, No. CA-93-570-AM (E.D. Va. Sept. 20, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
