Solomon DUKES, Petitioner-Appellant,
v.
J.R. HUNT, Jr.; Michael J. Lamm, Assistant Superintendent;
Calvin Duncan, Respondents-Appellees.
No. 95-6884.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted July 27, 1995.
Decided Aug. 22, 1995.
Solomon Dukes, Appellant Pro Se. Clarence Joe DelForge, III, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NORTH CAROLINA, Raleigh, NC, for Appellees.
Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, MOTZ, Circuit Judge, and PHILLIPS, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2254 (1988) petition. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Dukes v. Hunt, No. CA-94-642-5-BO (E.D.N.C. Apr. 14, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
