Stacy J. MARTIN, Plaintiff--Appellant,
v.
Agnes J. ALLER; Pender Correctional Medical Staff,
Defendants--Appellees,
and
John T. Dees, Doctor, Defendant.

No. 95-6880.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: July 25, 1995.
Decided: Aug. 15, 1995.

Stacy J. Martin, appellant pro se. Gail Weis, Mark J. Pletzke, North Carolina Department of Justice, Raleigh, NC, for appellees.

Before WILKINS, NIEMEYER, and MICHAEL, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Martin v. Aller, No. CA-94-73-5-F (E.D.N.C. May 18, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

2

AFFIRMED.
