UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff--Appellee,
v.
Ikechukwu Gandi EKWEGH, Defendant--Appellant.

No. 95-6966.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Oct. 25, 1995.

Ikechukwu Gandi Ekwegh, Appellant Pro Se.

David Bernard Smith, Assistant United States Attorney Greensboro, North Carolina, for Appellee.

Before WILKINSON, NIEMEYER, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Ekwegh, Nos. CR-91-36-D; CA-94-560 (M.D.N.C. May 16, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
