Nebraska inmate Cornelius Moore appeals the district court’s* dismissal of Moore’s civil complaint. After carefully reviewing the record, we conclude the district court properly dismissed Moore’s complaint as time-barred. Accordingly, the judgment is affirmed, see 8th Cir.
