ORDER

Defendants' interlocutory appeal has been dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. (Docket entries #64, #67) The parties have not consented to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate Judge. Accordingly, a jury trial setting on the docket of Chief Judge Brian S.
