The court has before it a letter dated March 13, 2017, from the Florida Board on Offender Review to Chief Judge Collins inviting comment on the defendant's application for restoration of civil rights. The letter was referred to the undersigned as the sentencing judge.
The court has no information beyond that which is filed on the docket in this case, all a matter of public record. The clerk shall accept the letter for filing in this case. Counsel for the government and for the defendant will get a copy of this order and the letter. If they have information relevant to Florida's inquiry they may communicate directly to the requesting agency.
