Gerald PERRY, Plaintiff--Appellant,
v.
OLD DOMINION UNIVERSITY, a public institution of higher
education of the Commonwealth of Virginia,
Defendant--Appellee.
No. 94-2538.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: July 27, 1995.
Decided: August 15, 1995.
Gerald Perry, appellant pro se. Patrick B. Kelly, OLD DOMINION UNIVERSITY, Norfolk, Virginia, for Appellee.
Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, MOTZ, Circuit Judge, and PHILLIPS, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Perry v. Old Dominion Univ., No. CA-94-842-2 (E.D.Va. Oct. 25, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
