UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Sheldon I. MATZKIN, Defendant-Appellant.
No. 94-6369.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: March 28, 1995.
Decided: April 12, 1995.
John DeWitt Cline, Williams & Connolly, Washington, DC, for Appellant. Joseph John Aronica, Assistant United States Attorney, Jack I. Hanley, Office of The United States Attorney, Alexandria, VA, for Appellee.
Before HAMILTON and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.* United States v. Matzkin, Nos. CR-92-437-A, CA-94-206-AM (E.D. Va. Mar. 22, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
We deny Appellant's motion for release pending appeal
