Floyd GRIGSBY, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Patrick GURNEY, Department of Corrections CCB Manager; Mr.
Hinkle, Warden, Haynesville Correctional Center; Doctor
Amonette; B. Squires, L.P.N., Haynesville Correctional
Center, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 95-6389.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted May 18, 1995
Decided June 27, 1995

Floyd Grigsby, Appellant Pro Se. Pamela Anne Sargent, Assistant Attorney General, Richmond, VA; Peter Duane Vieth, WOOTEN & HART, P.C., Roanoke, VA, for appellees.

Before NIEMEYER and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Grigsby v. Gurney, No. CA-94-126-R (W.D.Va. Feb. 6, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
