UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff--Appellee,
v.
Harold GOWERS, Jr., Defendant--Appellant.

No. 95-6840.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Oct. 24, 1995.

Harold Gowers, Jr., Appellant Pro Se. William David Wilmoth, United States Attorney, Wheeling, West Virginia; Betsy Clare Steinfeld, Assistant United States Attorney, Elkins, West Virginia; David Jonathan Horne, Special Assistant United States Attorney, Dayton, Ohio, for Appellee.

Before WILKINSON, NIEMEYER, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Gowers, Nos. CR-86-202; CA-94-101 (N.D.W.Va. May 19, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

2

AFFIRMED.
