ORDER (1) GRANTING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION IN PART, (2) STAYING ORDER ON TRUSTEE'S MOTION [DOC. NO. 26] AND (3) SETTING EXPEDITED BRIEFING SCHEDULE

[No hearing required pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 78(b) and Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-1(j)(3)]

For the reasons set forth in the concurrently-issued Memorandum of Decision (1) Staying Order on Trustee's Motion [Doc. No. 26] and (2) Setting Expedited Briefing Schedule, the Court HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

1) The Emergency Motion to Set Aside Order Sustaining Trustee's Objection to Debtor's Homestead Exception [sic] and Compelling Turnover of Estate Property [Doc. No. 29] filed by Russell Gando Osio (the "Debtor") is GRANTED IN PART. 2) The Order Granting Trustee's Motion Objecting to Debtor's Claimed Homestead Exemption and Compelling Turnover of Estate Property and Documents [Doc. No. 26] is hereby STAYED and shall have no effect absent further order from this Court. 3) The following briefing schedule shall apply to the Trustee's Motion Objection to Debtor's Claimed Homestead Exemption and Compelling Turnover of Estate Property and Documents [Doc. No. 26] (the "Trustee's Motion"): a. The Trustee's reply, if any, to the Debtor's opposition shall be submitted by no later than November 21, 2019. b. The Court will not review any additional briefing. c. The Trustee's Motion shall be heard on December 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
