Amended Judgment

Based on Plaintiff's Application for entry of Judgment pursuant to the Parties' Settlement Agreement and Stipulation for Entry of Judgment, and all supporting pleadings and exhibits submitted therewith and other filings in this action, good cause has been shown for the following relief, to which Defendants have not objected:

JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED in favor of Plaintiff JACOBS FARM/DEL CABO, INC. and against Defendants MEXUS PRODUCE, INC., a corporation; RICHARD L. GOULD, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $24,392.36 (allocated between $17,753.03 in principal, plus $5,688.00 in attorney's fees, and $332.83 in finance charges calculated at the annual rate of 18% from the date each invoice became due from October 22, 2018 through November 28, 2018), and all of which qualifies for trust protection under the trust provision of Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act ("PACA"), 7 U.S.C. §§499e, et seq.

Plaintiffs are further entitled to receive post-judgment interest at the applicable legal rate until this Judgment is satisfied.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
