JUDGMENT [JS-6]

On April 23, 2019, the foregoing matter was called for trial in Department "8B" of the United States District Court, Central District of California, Central Division. The Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall, was presiding. Plaintiffs ALEX AGUILAR, JR., and P.A., by and through her Guardian Ad Litem, Florence Ahumada, AND THE ESTATE OF ALEX AGUILAR, SR., were present and represented by Ronald O. Kaye and Caitlin Weisberg. Defendants CITY OF LOS ANGELES, ANDREW HUDLETT, SERGIO MELERO, DANTE PAGULAYAN and ENRIQUE LOPEZ were present and represented by Deputy City Attorney Ty A. Ford. Defendant MATTHEW MEDINA was present and represented by Calvin R. House.

On April 23, 2019, a panel ofjurors was called that same day. A jury of eight persons were regularly impaneled on April 24, 2019.

Evidence was presented on April 24, 2019 through May 3, 2019. Witnesses were sworn and testified. The parties rested. The case was argued and jury instructions were read on May 3, 2019. The case was submitted to the jury on May 3, 2019.

On May 3, 2019, the jury UNANIMOUSLY returned verdicts as stated in Docket No. 236, filed on May 3, 2019.

By reason of the special verdict and prior dismissals by Plaintiffs, Defendants CITY OF LOS ANGELES, ANDREW HUDLETT, MATTHEW MEDINA, SERGIO MELERO, DANTE PAGULAYAN and ENRIQUE LOPEZ are entitled to judgment against Plaintiffs ALEX AGUILAR, JR., and P.A., by and through her Guardian Ad Litem, Florence Ahumada, and THE ESTATE OF ALEX AGUILAR, SR.

Now, therefore, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs ALEX AGUILAR, JR., and P.A., by and through her Guardian Ad Litem, Florence Ahumada, and THE ESTATE OF ALEX AGUILAR, SR. have and recover nothing by reason of each and all his and her claims as set forth in the Complaint against CITY OF LOS ANGELES, ANDREW HUDLETT, MATTHEW MEDINA, SERGIO MELERO, DANTE PAGULAYAN and ENRIQUE LOPEZ.

JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED IN FAVOR OF ALL DEFENDANTS ON ALL CLAIMS.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
