Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the above-captioned action is dismissed, with prejudice, as to Moving Defendants, and each of them, and that a Judgment of Dismissal be entered in favor of Moving Defendants and against Plaintiff.
